The hotel had some drawbacks like hospital-like rooms reserved for higher-paying guests and water leaks, but it offered a comfortable place to cool off after a day out. The service was a bit mixed with unresponsive staff but also helpful in organizing activities. The location was convenient for exploring the city. Dining experiences varied from amazing to disappointing.
During my stay, the hotel had both positive and negative points. The room seemed hastily put together during renovations, and the balcony was smaller than expected. On the bright side, the service went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and stress-free experience.
I was disappointed with the room arrangement as I had to pay five times the amount I reserved for just a regular room, which also turned out to be small with unclean bed sheets and a strong smell. On the plus side, the service was nice and helpful despite the rude behavior from the reception and bar staff.
